Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
We offer free replacement of any item that arrives damaged. For non-defective returns, there is a 29% restocking fee. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, contact us at info@sanspeccollection.com before returning the item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
General Conditions and Restrictions
Seasonal items
- Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Spring, Easter, Graduation, Summer, July 4th, Back-to-School, and Fall/Thanksgiving) may incur a 29% restocking fee.
- Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- - Gift cards
- - Downloadable software products
- - Some health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method or credit card.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and a refund issued.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- Recheck your bank account if you have yet to receive a refund.
- Contacting your bank is the next step. Refunds often take some time to process.
- Please get in touch with us at info@sanspec09@cox.net if you have not received your refund after doing all of this.
- Your refund may not appear immediately on your credit card statement; contact your company for more information.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- You will receive a refund for the purchase price and applicable sales tax. Your refund will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. If you purchased with a gift card, you will receive a gift card as a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at sanspec09@cox.net and send your item to 3318 N Decatur Blvd, 108, North Las Vegas, NV 89130, United States.
Gifts
Returns marked as gifts and shipped directly to you will receive a gift credit. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping
You should mail your product to 3318 N Decatur Blvd, Bldg 18 Unit 1139, North Las Vegas, NV 89130, United States to return it.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds include the cost of return shipping deducted from them.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
